Citrus Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

Pellet grilling season is now in full swing! That means it’s time to start frequenting your local market or butcher to scope out their finest cuts of meat to smoke up on your MAK. You’ll specifically want to start eyeing their cuts of pork.

Check out the May Contest Category: Pork!

We’ve attempted to jazz up simple pork chops by adding a hint of citrus and garlic. Although pork chops are not always highly revered by BBQ fanatics, we strongly believe they’re a great dinner option, especially for hectic nights. Unlike an entire rack of ribs, they only take about 30-40 minutes to whip up on your MAK. These fancy chops are great in sandwiches, wraps or plain with a side of grilled veggies.

So for those nights you’ve got to get one kid to baseball practice, the other to a dance rehearsal and the dog to the vet because he just chowed down on some leftover Easter chocolate… Our Citrus-Garlic Pork Chops have got you covered!
