The side shelf provides 240 in.² of usable work space on the right side of your One-Star Grill. Shown with optional tool hook accessory.

The side shelf is great. I have both the side shelf and the front shelf. Each provides welcome space for plates and utensils, sauces, a pen thermometer and a small clock. I would have a difficult time cooking without them.
