Smoked Lobster Recipe

Cook Time: Approximately 45-60 Minutes

The crisp crack of a shell and the glossy sheen of butter mark the moment you decide to chow down on the sweet and tender meat of a lobster. Lobster, king of the sea, falls into the category of fine dining. These large crustaceans (the largest one ever caught being 44 pounds 6 ounces!) aren’t necessarily the cheapest seafood option, but they are undoubtedly the most delicious! Every now and then it’s ok to splurge a little. We want to make sure that when you do, you know exactly how to smoke your lobster to perfection on your updated MAK Grill by providing you with our smoked lobster recipe. Enjoy!
